At the time of the creation
of Maisons AVENIR TRADITION,
now nearly fifteen years ago, my first objective was to give
it an image different from the environment of an often disparaged
profession:
- To bring real services to its customers,
- To provide the best advice,
- To be permanently available to listen to its clients,
- To build an image of quality,
- To satisfy the legitimate needs of the client .
Today,
Maisons AVENIR TRADITION generates direct and indirect employment
for nearly 400 staff, and delivers more than 300 houses per
year in the andregion.
This forward movement of quality has thus enabled us to obtain
several professional awards, which prove this commitment

In addition, to ensure its permanence, consolidate its credibility
and to assure its development (to date 15 agencies), the C.E.L.R
Participation (100% owned subsidiary of the Caisse d'Epargne
Languedoc-Roussillon) has acquired 50% of the capital of
the company.
But, most significantly it seems, is the satisfaction of the
clients, the majority of whom recommend Maisons AVENIR TRADITION
to their parents, and their friends, so that they will make,
like themselves, one of the most important purchases of their
